Eye Friends was started in February 2016 with a vision to provide high quality comprehensive ophthalmology services.  We embrace professionalism, integrity and professionalism in health care delivery.  We ensure patient comfort at our facilities. Eye Friends clientele is extensive; covering corporate, governmental, non-governmental organizations and individual clients. We are in the Health Service Providers’ Panel for SHA, Co-operative Bank, KCB Baccassurance, University of Embu, Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) and a number of insurance companies including: Jubilee, AAR, APA, First Assurance, CIC, Heritage, Liaison, MUA, Britam, Pacis and Minet among others.

Eye Friends offers high quality Comprehensive ophthalmology service including Specialist Consultation, treatment, spectacles and eye surgery in a spacious environment with healing ambience to our patients. The clinic is well equipped and has an eye operating theatre unit for major eye surgeries.

As a partner in community service, Eye Friends so far has offered subsidized services through numerous outreach camps. To enable this there is an organized mobile unit to offer all the essentials for outreach clinic activities.

Eye Friends Staff

Eye Friends is a specialized eye centre with dedicated staff. The team of Eye Care professionals is led by Dr Inoti J. Murithi, a Consultant Ophthalmologist with over 20 years’ experience in eye care.
